The ATC360 athletics training camp program provides an assist abled road-map of an athlete's dedication to the track & field practice training sessions; development of the events to be contested, competitive preparedness, all in favor of creating a more challenged competitive racing athlete. The inclusion of educational workshops creates an opportune ability to expand on the core attributes of making oneself a challenged champion, that’s often defined by the prospects of honing true leadership qualities. It is through our defined processes that an ATC360 athlete will matriculate to the highest point of his/her competition. Our general approach will fully prepare our athletes to handle the rigors of competition, whilst working on the ability of influencing the next generation of competitive athletes.

We completely understand that it takes physical, sociable and emotional facets for an athlete to reach their full developmental potential; a process that must be taught and learned. It is through the seamless integration of academic enrichment, made possible by a variety of planned workshops, that the ATC360 athletic training camp program will be able to foster structured practice training events, character development, social responsibility and competition preparedness. We support the maturation of our athletes and as a general process, we have initiated necessary processes in order to attain life and athletic goals. As an international developmental program, we seek to incorporate a variety of athletes within the program that will represent  all countries within the upcoming year/s, and for all to be able to experience the different cultures from around the world and to nurture relationships that will last a lifetime.

It is our belief that the incorporation of this evolved approach to include the pertinent facets of the ATC360 program will make a better more mature prepared and seasoned athlete, into a readily inspired individual to accomplishing successful season goals, as we work together as a team. Our vision fosters an integration of a structural athletic training, workshops, and one that includes physical and personal development.
